St.Petersburg`s Gouverneur Valentina Matvienko expects federal structures on Neva
The decision to transfer several federal agencies to St. Petersburg may appear by the end of the year, said the Gouvernor of St. Petersburg Valentina Matvienko today. She also informed on the opportunity to return federal TV broadcasting to the city. According to Matvienko?s words, St. Petersburg authorities are working on recovery of historical justice in order to bring back into the city the air of the capital.
